Shiri Na Musamman Kan Ramadana {11}
Abubuwan Da Suke Wajabta Yin Ramakon Azumin Watan Ramalana Amma Ban Da Kaffara.

 

{1} Idan mutum bai daura niyyar yin azumin watan ramalana ba har lokacin daura niyyar ya shige, to mutum zai rike baki ne har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.

 

Haka nan idan mutum ya bata niyyar azuminsa ta hanyar yin riya wato ya hada Allah da wani a cikin niyyar azumin watan ramalana, ko kuma mutum yana cikin azumi sai yayi niyyar dauke hannunsa daga kan azumin da yake yi, to anan azumin mutum ya baci, sai ya rike baki zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

{2} Idan mutum yayi janaba a fadake ta hanyar saduwa da mace ko fitar da maniyi a cikin dare sannan ya kwanta bacci saboda a dabi’arsa ya kasance yana tashi kafin fitowan alfijir ko ya sanya wani abu da zai tada shi daga barci, to idan ya farka daga wannan baccin wanda yake shi ne karo na farko bayan yayi janaba, to ihtiyadi kada ya sake komawa wani baccin na daban, sai dai idan yana da nutsuwar zai sake farkawa kafin alfijir, idan kuma ya koma baccin karo na biyu sai kuma barcin ya zarce har zuwa bayan fitowan alfijir, wasu malamai sun bayyana cewa hukuncinsa a nan sai ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana, sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

Amma wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa hukuncin ramakon azumin wannan ranar zai hau kansa ne a lokacin da ya koma bacci karo na uku da nufin zai tashi yayi wanka kuma ya kasance a dabi’arsa yana tashi ko ya sanya abu da zai tada shi daga barci, sai kuma baccin ya zarce har zuwa bayan fitowan alfijir.

 

Idan kuma mutum ya yi janaba a barci a cikin dare a watan ramadana, matukar bai farkaba har sai bayan fitowan alfijir, to azuminsa ya inganta. Amma idan har ya farka daga barcin da yayi janaba a cikinsa, to ihtiyadi kada ya koma wani barcin har sai yayi wanka. Idan kuma ya koma a kan cewa a bisa dabi’arsa yana tashi kafin alfijir ko ya sanya wani abu da zai tashe shi, sai kuma bai tashi ba sai bayan fitowar alfijir, anan akwai maganganun malamai kamar haka:-

 

Wasu Malamai sun bayyana cewa; hukuncinsa zai kame baki ne har zuwa faduwar rana, sannan bayan watan ramadana ya yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

Yayin da wasu malaman suka bayyana cewa; Azuminsa ya inganta babu maganar yin ramako a kansa, sai dai idan ya koma barci a karo na biyu bisa dogaron cewa sai tashi kafin alfijir, amma sai barcin ya zarce har zuwa bayan alfijir, ramakon azumin wannan ranar ya hau kansa.   

 

{3} Idan mutum yayi janaba a cikin dare a watan ramalana sai ya mance bai yi wanka ba har ya wayi gari da janaba, bai kuma tuna ba sai bayan da rana ta fadi aka sha ruwa, to wajibi ne yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar da yayi azumi da janaba a jikinsa.

 

Haka nan idan mutum ya mance yayi kwanaki da janaba a jikinsa a watan ramalana, shi ma zai yi ramakon dukkanin kwanakin da yayi azumi da janabar a jikinsa.  

 

{4} Idan mutum ya aikata wani abin dake bata azumi kafin ya duba shin alfijir ya fito ko bai fito ba, sai kuma ya bayyana lokacin da ya aikata abin dake bata azumin alfijir ya riga ya fito, to idan yana da damar dubawa amma bai duba ba, azuminsa na wannan ranar ya baci wajibi ne ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.    

 

{5} Idan aka ba wa mutum labarin cewa alfijir bai fito ba, don haka ya ci gaba da aikata abin dake bata azumi bisa dogaro da labarin da aka ba shi, sai kuma ya bayyana cewa alfijir ya riga ya fito, to hukuncin mutum anan zai ci gaba da rike baki ne sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.

 

{6} Idan aka ba wa mutum labarin cewa alfijir ya riga ya fito, sai yayi tsammanin wanda ya ba shi labarin yana masa wasa ne ko yana zolayarsa ne don haka ya ci gaba da aikata abin dake bata azumi, sai kuma ya bayyana cewa tabbas alfijir ya riga ya fito, to hukuncin mutum anan zai ci gaba da rike baki ne zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.

 

{7} Idan aka ba wa mai azumi labarin cewa lokacin shan ruwa yayi, sai ya aikata abin dake bata azumi, sai kuma ya bayyana lokacin shan ruwan bai yi ba, to idan wanda ya bada labarin ya halatta a dogara da labarinsa, kamar labarin mutane biyu adilai ko mutum daya adali, to hukuncin mutum anan shi ne zai yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar bayan watan ramalana. Amma idan wanda ya bada labarin bai halatta a gaskata labarinsa ba amma duk da haka mai azumi ya dogara da labarin ya aikata abin dake bata azumi sai kuma ya bayyana lokacin shan ruwan bai yi ba, to anan wajibi ne mutum yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar tare da kaffara.

 

{8} Idan gari yayi duhu kuma babu wata matsala a sararin samaniya  don  haka mai azumi ya samu yakinin lokacin shan ruwa yayi saboda haka ya aikata abin dake bata azumi, sai kuma ya bayyana masa tabbas lokacin shan ruwan bai yi ba, to hukuncin mutum anan zai yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar bayan watan ramalana.

 

Amma idan akwai wata matsala a sararin samaniya sai mutum yayi zaton lokacin shan ruwa yayi sakamakon duhun da gari yayi saboda hadari, don haka ya aikata abin dake bata azumi, sai kuma ya bayyana lokacin shan ruwan bai yi ba, to anan babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kan mutum.

 

{9} Idan mai azumi ya sanya ruwa a baki domin sanyaya bakin  sai ruwan ya zarce zuwa makogwaro, to anan azumin mutum ya baci wajibi ne ya rike baki zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.

 

Haka nan idan mai azumi ya sanya ruwa a baki domin wasa sai ya zarce zuwa makogwaro shi ma zai yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar bayan watan ramalana. Amma idan mai azumi ya hadiye ruwan ne a kan mantuwa, to anan azuminsa bai baci ba, haka nan idan mai azumi ya sanya ruwa a baki ne domin kurkuran baki a alwala sai ruwan ya zarce zuwa makogwaro, to shi ma azumi bai baci ba. 

 

Ya halatta ga mutum ya ci gaba da aikata abin dake bata azumi misalin ci da sha matukar baya da masaniyar cewa alfijir ya fito. Haka nan ya halatta gareshi ya ci gaba da aikata abin dake bata azumi a lokacin da yake kokwanton shin alfijir ya fito ko bai fito ba? Idan mutum ya duba sararin samaniya domin ganin shin alfijir ya fito ko bai fito ba, sai ya samu yakinin alfijir bai fito ba, don haka ya aikata abin dake bata azumin watan ramalana, sannan daga baya kuma sai ya bayyana masa cewa a lokacin da ya aikata abin dake bata azumin nan alfijir ya riga ya fito, to azuminsa ya inganta kuma babu ramako a kansa.

 

Amma dangane da hukunce -hukuncen faduwar rana: Bai halatta ga mai azumi ya aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba kafin ya samu tabbacin faduwar rana ta hanyar samun yakini da kansa ko dogaro da hujja da shari’a ta amince a yi amfani da ita wajen tabbatar da faduwar rana.

 

Idan mai azumi ya samu yakinin rana ta fadi saboda haka ya sha ruwa, sai kuma ya bayyana masa cewa tabbas rana bata fadi ba yakininsa kuskure ne, to wajibi ne ya ci gaba da gudanar da azumin da yake yi zuwa faduwar rana kuma azuminsa ya inganta babu ramako a kansa.

 

Idan babu wata matsala a sararin samaniya misalin hadari sai mai azumi yayi kokwanto kan faduwar rana, to bai halatta ya aikata abin dake bata azumi ba, idan kuma ya kuskura ya aikata abin dake bata azumin ba tare da ya gudanar da bincike ba,

sai kuma ya bayyana masa cewa tabbas rana ba ta fadi ba, to anan wajibi ne yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar tare da kaffara. Amma idan kuma yayi dace a lokacin da ya aikata abin dake bata azumin ranar ta riga ta fadi, to azuminsa ya inganta babu ramako a kansa.

 

Haka nan idan mai azumi yana da yakinin rana ba ta fadi ba, amma duk da haka ya aikata abin dake bata azumi, sai kuma aka yi dace a lokacin ranar ta riga ta fadi, to anan azuminsa na wannan ranar ya inganata babu ramako a kansa.

      

Lokacin yin azumi kowace rana yana farawa ne daga fitowan alfijir na gaske, sannan ya kawo karshe bayan faduwar rana, don haka kasancewar tabbatar da daidai lokacin da alfijir yake fara fitowa yana da wahala, wajibi ne mutumin da zai yi azumi ya bar duk wani abin dake bata azumi a wani bangare na dare misalin minti biyar kafin lokacin da ake sa-ran alfijir zai fara fitowa, inda haka zai zame mutum ya samu tabbacin bai aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba bayan fitowan alfijir na gaske. 

 

A gefe guda kuma mustahabi ne mai azumi ya jinkirta shan ruwa har zuwa bayan yin sallar maghariba, sai dai idan akwai mai jiransa saboda su sha ruwa tare, ko kuma shi kansa yana bukatar shan ruwan domin kada ya rasa nutsuwa a cikin sallah.
