Shiri Na Musamman Kan Ramadana {5}
Hukunce- Hukuncen Sharuddan Wajabcin Azumi da Ingancinsa.

Mutumin da asalinsa ba musulmi ba ne sai ya musulunta, to ba zai yi ramakon azumin ramalanan shekarun da suka gabata kafin ya musulunta ba.

Musulmin da ya yi ridda, wato ya fice daga addinin musulunci, sannan ya tuba ya sake dawowa cikin musulunci, to wajibi ne a kansa yayi ramakon dukkanin azumin watan ramalana da bai yi su ba a lokacin da yayi ridda, kuma babu bambanci; mutum asalinsa musulmi ne wato wanda aka haife shi a musulunci ko kuma asalinsa ba musulmi ba ne musulunta yayi, sai kuma ya sake komawa kafirci wato ya bar addinin musulunci, to dukkaninsu wajibi ne su yi ramakon azumin watan ramalana da ya shige su a lokacin da suka yi ridda suka bar addinin musulunci.

Idan mutum ya musulunta da rana, to ba wajibi ba ne a kansa yayi azumin wannan ranar ta hanyar jaddada niyya kafin rana ta gota daga sararin samaniya wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar kuma babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kansa bayan watan ramalana.

Idan musulmi yayi ridda wato ya fice daga addinin nusulunci sai kuma ya tuba ya sake dawowa musuluncin, to azumin wannan ranar bai inganta ba a gare shi.Amma wasu malamai sun bayyana cewa ihtiyadi ne wajibi idan tun da alfijir ya fito bai aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba ya daura niyyar yin azumin wannan ranar yayi azumin.

Idan azumin watan ramalana ya shige mutum a lokacin da yake fama da cutar hauka, to bayan warkewarsa ba zai yi ramakon azumin da suka shige shi ba a halin hauka.

Mutumin da cutar hauka ta bijiro masa na dan wani lokaci a watan ramalana, dangane da hukuncin azuminsa na wannan ranar akwai maganganun malamai kamar haka:-

Wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa: Idan mutum yana cikin hankalinsa sai hauka da take tafiya ta dawo ta bijiro masa na wani lokaci a halin azumi, to azumin wannan ranar ya baci.

Yayin da wasu malaman suka bayyana cewa: Idan mutum yana fama da cutar hauka da take tafiya ta dawo, sai ya wayi gari cikin hankalinsa yana azumi, sai kuma haukar ta bijiro masa na wani lokaci sannan ta tafi, to zai ci gaba da yin azuminsa na wannan ranar kuma azumin ya inganta.   

Idan mutum yana fama da cutar hauka da take tafiya ta dawo sai ta bijiro masa cikin dare a watan ramalana kuma ya dawo cikin hankalinsa kafin fitowan alfijir, to wajibi ne yayi azumin washe gari.

Idan mutum yana fama da cutar hauka na tsawon lokaci sai ya warke daga haukan bayan fitowan alfijir, to ba zai yi azumin wannan ranar ba kuma babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kansa bayan watan ramalana.

Idan mutum ya riga ya daura niyyar yin azumin washe gari, sai ya suma kafin fitowan alfijir ko bayan fitowansa, to idan ya farfado da rana wasu malamai sun bayyana cewa zai ci gaba da yin azumin wannan ranar kuma azuminsa ya inganta. Yayin da wasu malaman suka bayyana cewa idan bai ci gaba da gudanar da azumin wannan ranar ba bayan farfadowarsa, to zai yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar bayan watan ramalana. 

Idan mutum ya suma a cikin dare kafin daura niyyar yin azumin washe gari, kuma bai farfado ba sai bayan fitowan alfijir, to ba zai yi azumin wannan ranar ba kuma babu ramakon azumin a kansa bayan watan ramalana.

Mutumin da ya wayi gari cikin maye a watan ramalana, idan kafin hankalinsa ya gushe a cikin dare ya riga yayi niyyar yin azumin watan ramalana, to duk lokacin da ya dawo cikin hankalinsa zai ci gaba da yin azumin wannan ranar sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako bisa ihtiyadi wajibi.

Mutumin da yayi niyyar yin azumin washe gari cikin dare amma tun da ya kwanta bacci bai farka ba sai bayan da rana ta fadi, azuminsa na wannan ranar ya inganta.

Amma idan mutum ya kwanta bacci cikin dare ba tare da yayi niyyar azumin washe gari ba saboda da mantuwa ko kuma ba shi da masaniyar an ga watan ramalana, bai kuma farka ba sai bayan da rana ta riga ta gota daga tsakiyar sararin samaniya wato bayan lokacin sallar azahar ya shiga, to lokacin jaddada yin niyyar azumin wannan ranar ya wuce, wajibi ne ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.    

Idan mutum yana da tabbacin yin azumi zai cutar da shi ko kuma yana tsoron yin azumin zai cutar da lafiyarsa amma kuma duk da haka yayi azumin, to idan har azumin da yayi ya cutar da lafiyarsa, to azuminsa ya baci. Idan kuma azumin bai cutar da shi ba, to idan yayi azumin ne domin neman yardan Allah saboda kwadayin yin biyayya wato ba saboda taurin kai da ketare dokokin Allah ba, kuma cutuwar da yake da tabbacinta ko tsoronta sakamakon yin azumi ba ta kai matakin da haramun ne mutum ya tunkareta ba, to wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa azuminsa da yayi ya inganta.

Amma idan kuma cutuwa ce da haramun ne mutum ya wurga kansa a ciki, to azuminsa da yayi batacce ne kuma ya sabawa umurnin Allah.

Idan mutum yana da tabbacin yin azumi ba zai cutar da shi ba, don haka yayi azuminsa sai kuma ya cutu, to azuminsa ya inganta. Amma idan mutum yana tsammanin yin azumi ba zai cutar da lafiyarsa ba, don haka yayi azumin, bayan shan ruwa kuma sai ya bayyana masa azumin da yayi ya cutar da lafiyarsa, anan wasu malamai sun bayayna cewa azumin wannan ranar bai inganta ba.

Idan mutum ba shi da lafiya sai ya warke bayan gotawar rana daga tsakiyar sararin samaniya wato bayan shigan lokacin sallar azahar kuma tun da alfijir ya fito bai aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba, to ba wajibi ba ne sai yayi azumin watan ramalana na wannan ranar kuma ko yayi azumin bai inganta ba.

Amma idan mutum ya warke daga rashin lafiya kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar kuma tun da alfijir ya fito bai aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba, dangane da hukuncin da ya hau kansa akwai maganganun malamai kamar haka:-

{1} Wasu malamai sun bayyana cewa yin azumin wannan ranar ba wajibi ba ne a kansa kuma ko yayi azumin bai inganta ba.

{2} Wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa wajibi ne a kansa ya daura niyyar yin azumin wannan ranar kuma azuminsa ya inganta.

Mutumin da azumi ya raunanashi bai halatta ya sha ruwa ba sai dai idan raunanar ta kai ga matakin da ba a saba ganin irinta a al’ada ba, to anan ya halatta mutum ya sha ruwa.

Idan mutum yana azumi ya kan raunana da take kai ga baya iya gudanar da aikin da ta hanyarsa ne yake cin abinci, kuma babu wata hanyar samun abinci ta daban sai wannan aikin, to ya halatta ya bar yin azumi a ranakun da ya zame dole ya je aiki domin neman abincin da zai ci, bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin da bai yi suba.

Matafiyin da yake da masaniyar idan tafiya ta kai a yi mata kasaru dole ne a bar yin azumi matukar tafiyar kafin gotawar rana ce daga sararin samaniya wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar amma sai ya mance yayi azumi a tafiyar da dole ne a sha ruwa, to anan azuminsa bai inganta ba koda kuwa bai tuna ba sai bayan da rana ta fadi wato bayan an sha ruwa.

Idan matafiyi da yake tafiya data wajaba ya rage sallah yayi azumi domin bai san wajibi ne ya sha ruwa ba, to azumin da yayi a halin tafiyar ya inganta. Amma idan a lokacin da yake azumin an fahimtar da shi hukuncin shari’a cewa matafiyin da yake tafiyar da ta kai a rage sallah baya azumi, amma duk da haka ya ci gaba da azumin da yake yi, to wannan azumin bai inganta ba.

Mutumin da ya fita zuwa tafiya da dole ne a sha ruwa amma sai ya fara shan ruwan tun kafin ya fita zuwa bayan gari, wajen da ake kira da “Haddut-Tarakkhus” ko kuma tun daga gida ya fara shan ruwan, to anan zai yi ramakon azumin wannan ranar tare da kaffara a bisa ihtiyadi wajibi.

Ya halatta mutum ya tsiri yin tafiya da take wajibi ne a sha ruwa domin kada yayi azumin watan ramalana koda kuwa domin guje wa azumin ne, sai dai hakan abin ki ne wato makaruhi ne.
