Shiri Na Musamman Kan Ramadana {4}
Sharadin Wajabcin Yin Azumi Da Ingancinsa.

 

Kafin azumi ya wajaba ko ya inganta a kan mutum, dole ne sai ya cika wasu sharudda kamar haka:-

{1} Musulunci:- Azumi baya inganta a kan duk wanda ba musulmi ba ne wato kafiri, kuma idan yayi azumin, to wannan azumin bai inganta ba, kuma azumin ba karbabba ba ne.

{2} Balaga:- Azumi ba wajibi ba ne a kan yaron da bai balaga ba, wato yaron da hukunce- hukuncen shari’a ba su hau kansa ba, amma idan yaro ya yi azumin, to azuminsa ya inganta, kuma yana da lada a wajen Allah. Idan yaron da bai balaga ba ya wayi gari baya azumi a watan ramalana sai kuma ya balaga, to ba wajibi ba ne a kansa ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana, kuma babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kansa bayan watan ramalana. Idan kuma yaron da bai balaga ba ya wayi gari a watan ramalana yana azumi, sai kuma ya balaga, to yana da zabi, kodai ya ci gaba da yin azumin wannan ranar ko kuma ya karya azumin, kuma babu bambanci shin ya balaga ne kafin gotawar rana daga sararin samaniya wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar ko kuma bayan shigan lokacin sallar ta azahar ne.

{3} Hankali:- Azumi ba wajibi ba ne a kan mahaukaci. Idan mutum yana fama da cutar hauka saboda haka ya wayi gari cikin halin rashin hankali, amma da rana sai hankalinsa ya dawo, to azumin wannan ranar ba wajibi ba ne a kansa, wato ba zai jaddada niyyar yin azumin wannan ranar ba, koda kuwa akwai lokacin jaddada yin niyyar, kuma babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kansa bayan watan ramalana.

 

Hauka kashi biyu ne: Akwai hauka da take kama mutum na tsawon lokaci ba tare da ya dawo cikin hankalinsa ba, akwai kuma haukar da take tafiya ta dawo, to anan hauka ta tsawon lokaci tana bata azumi idan ta bijiro wa mutum. Amma haukar da take tafiya ta dawo, dangane da hukuncinta akwai sabanin malamai:-

Wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa: Idan mutum yana cikin hankalinsa sai hauka da take tafiya ta dawo ta bijiro masa na wani lokaci a halin azumi, to azumin wannan ranar ya baci.

Yayin da wasu malaman suka bayyana cewa: Idan mutum yana fama da cutar hauka da take tafiya ta dawo, sai ya wayi gari cikin hankalinsa yana azumi, sai kuma haukar ta bijiro masa na wani lokaci sannan ta tafi, to zai ci gaba da yin azuminsa na wannan ranar kuma azumin ya inganta.   

{4} Rashin Suma:- Idan mutum ya suma kafin fitowar alfijir kuma kafin ya daura niyyar azumin washe gari kuma bai farfado ba har alfijir ya fito, to azumin wannan ranar ya fadi a kansa, koda kuwa ya farfado ne kafin shigan lokacin azahar, kuma babu ramakon azumin wannan ranar a kansa bayan watan ramalana.

Amma idan mutum ya riga ya daura niyyar azumin washe gari, sai kuma ya suma kafin fitowan alfijir ko bayan fitowansa, to idan ya farfado da rana zai ci gaba da yin azumin wannan ranar kuma azuminsa ya inganta.

{5} Rashin kasancewar mace cikin jinin haila ko biki:- Azumi baya inganta a kan macen da take cikin jinin haila ko biki. Don haka idan jinin hailan mace ko bikinta ya dauke bayan fitowan alfijir, to azumin wannan ranar ba wajibi ba ne a kanta, kuma koda  ta yi azumin wannan ranar, to azumin bai inganta ba. Haka nan idan mace tana cikin tsarki, sai jinin haila ko biki ya zo mata, to azuminta na wannan ranar ya baci, kuma koda ana daf rana zata fadi ne jinin ya zo.

 

{6} Rashin Cutuwa:- Azumi ba wajibi ba ne a kan mutum matukar  idan yayi azumin zai cutar da lafiyarsa, misali mutum lafiyar lau amma idan yayi azumi zai kamu da rashin lafiya, ko maras lafiya ne wanda  yin azumin zai kara masa tsananin rashin lafiyar da yake fama da shi, ko azumin zai kara masa tsananin radadin rashin lafiyar ko azumin zai janjo jinkirin warkewansa, to a dukkanin wadannan hali mutum ba zai yi azumi ba.

Idan mutum yana da tabbaci ko zato ko kuma tsammanin yin azumi zai janyo masa rashin lafiya, to daya daga cikin wadannan halayen sun isa hujja wajen daukan matakin riga kafi, amma tsammanin ya kasance yana da tushe na hankali da ya kai ga ya tsoratar da mutum a zuciya.

Amma fa ba kowace cutuwa ko rashin lafiya da azumi ke janyo wa mutum ba ne take halatta rashin yin azumi, saboda akwai wasu kananan cututtuka da a bisa al’ada mutane ba su ganinsu da wani muhimmanci, misali azumin da yake janyo ciwon kai kadan kuma maras tsanani ko zazzabi sama-sama ko zafin jiki ko radadin ido ko kunne da ba su da wani tasiri wajen jikkata mutum da makamantan haka, iri wadannan cututtuka ba su halatta wa mutum ya fake da su wajen kin sauke wajibin da ya hau kansa na azumi. Sai dai kuma ko wani mutum da irin yana yinsa, misalin kumama akwai yiyuwar zazzabi kadan ya zame masa mai tsanani da zai cutar da shi, don haka kowa shi yafi sanin kansa.

Mutumin da ba shi da lafiya, amma yin azumi ba zai cutar da shi ba, kuma ba shi da alaka da warakarsa, to anan wajibi ne yayi azumi.

Idan likita ya bayyana wa mutum cewa yin azumi zai cutar da shi, to matukar likitan kwararre ne kuma haziki, ya halatta ga mutum ya bar azumin koda kuwa shi a kan kansa baya da tabbaci ko zato ko kuma tsammanin azumin zai cutar da lafiyarsa.

Idan kuma likita ya bayyana wa mutum cewa yin azumi ba zai cutar da lafiyarsa ba, amma shi a kan kansa yana tsoron zai cutu, to anan wajibi ne ya bar yin azumin ya sha ruwa.

Idan mutum yana tsoron yin azumi zai cutar da lafiyarsa ko yana da tabbacin yin azumin zai cutar da shi, amma duk da haka yayi azumin kuma ya cutar da lafiyarsa, to azuminsa batacce ne.

Idan mutum ba shi da lafiya sai ya warke bayan gotawar rana daga tsakiyar sararin samaniya wato bayan shigan lokacin sallar azahar kuma tun da alfijir ya fito bai aikata wani abin dake bata azumi ba, to ba wajibi ba ne sai yayi azumin wannan ranar kuma koda yayi azumin bai inganta ba.

{7} Rashin Tafiya dake Wajabta Rage Sallah:- Matafiyi da yake tafiyar da take wajabta rage sallah, ba ya azumi kuma idan yayi azumin bai inganta ba.

Idan matafiyin da yake tafiya da take wajabta rage sallah yayi azumi domin bai san wajibi ne ya sha ruwa ba, to azumin da yayi a halin tafiya ya inganta. Amma idan a lokacin da yake azumin an fahimtar da shi hukuncin shari’a cewa; matafiyi da yake tafiyar da ta kai a rage sallah baya azumi, amma duk da haka ya ci gaba da yin azumin, to wannan azumin bai inganta ba.

Matafiyin da yake tafiyar da ba a rage sallah, wajibi ne yayi azumi, misalin mai tafiya na sabon Allah, ko matafiyin da ya isa wajen da zai zauna har na kwanaki goma, ko mutumin da tafiya ta zame masa sana’a da makamantansu.

 

Idan mutum yana azumi sai ya fita zuwa tafiya da ake rage sallah kafin rana ta gota, wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar, to wajibi ne ya sha ruwa, kuma azuminsa na wannan ranar ya baci. Amma idan ya fita zuwa tafiyar ce bayan shigan lokacin azahar, to bai halatta ya sha ruwa ba kuma azuminsa na wannan ranar ya inganta.

Idan matafiyi ya dawo garinsa ko ya isa garin da zai zauna har na tsawon kwanaki goma kafin rana ta gota, wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar kuma tun da ya wayi gari bai aikata abin dake bata azumi ba, to wajibi ne ya daura niyyar yin azumin wannan ranar kuma azuminsa ya inganta. Amma idan matafiyi ya dawo garinsa ko ya isa garin da zai zauna har na tsawon kwanaki goma kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar, amma kafin shigarsa garin ya aikata abin dake bata azumi, to azumin wannan ranar bai inganta gare shi ba, wato ba zai yi azumin wannan ranar ba.

Matafiyi da ya wajaba ya sha ruwa, ya halatta ya fara shan ruwan ne bayan fitarsa daga cikin gari lokacin da ya isa wajen da baya ganin gine-ginen garin sai alamunsu da ba zai yiyu ya tantance su ba, wato ya isa wajen da ake kira da “Haddut-Tarakkhus” a larabce.

Idan kuma matafiyi da ya wajaba ya sha ruwa a halin tafiyarsa ya fara shan ruwan tun kafin ya kai ga wajen gari, wajen da ake kira da “Haddut-Tarakkhus” da gangan bayan ya san ba a shan ruwa kafin a fice daga cikin gari, to wajibi ne yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar tare da kaffara.

Ya halatta mutum ya fita zuwa tafiya da ya wajaba a sha ruwa a watan ramalana ba tare da wata lallura ba, ko da kuwa saboda gudun yin azumi ne.
