Shiri Na Musamman Kan Ramadana {3}
Niyyar Azumi.

 

 

Kasancewan azumi daya ne daga cikin ayyukan ibadu, to yana bukatar daura niyya, domin sharadi ne na ingancin ibada daura niyya, wadda niyyar azumi ke nufin lizimtar kamewa daga abubuwan da suke bata azumi daga fitowar alfijir na gaskiya zuwa faduwar rana domin neman kusanci a wajen Allah Madaukaki.

 

Niyyar neman kusanci a wajen Allah Madaukakin sarki yana nufin mutum yayi aiki domin Allah, ba domin neman yabon mutane ko burge su ba. Kuma niyya ita ce ke zaburar da mutum ya aikata wani abu, saboda haka niyya a zuciya ake kudurta ta, ba kuma sai an furta a baki ba.

 

Ya halatta mutum ya dinga kudurta niyyar yin azumin watan ramalana a kowane dare, kamar yadda ya halatta ya daura niyyar yin azumin dukkanin watan ramalana a daren ranar farko, sai ya zame ba sai ya yi ta maimaita niyyar kullum dare ba.  

 

Idan ganin watan ramalana ya tabbata, wajibi ne a dauki azumi, haka nan idan ganin watan shawwal ya tabbata wajibi ne a sha ruwa.

 

Idan kuma a ranar ashirin da tara ga watan sha’aban da dare ba a tabbatar da ganin watan ramalana ba ta dukkanin hanyoyin da ake tabbatar da ganin wata, to wannan daren ya zame daren ranar talatin ga watan sha’aban. Saboda haka washe gari ya zame cikon ranar talatin ga watan sha’aban, wadda ake kira da ranar kokwanto, wato ranar da ake kokwanto shin ranar daya ce ga sabon watan ramalana ko kuma cikon ranar talatin ce ga watan sha’aban? Don haka bai halatta a yi azumi a ranar a matsayin ranar daya ga watan ramalana ba, domin ba a tabbatar da ganin watan na ramalana ba a shari’ance, saboda haka mutum yana da zabi, kodai ya sha ruwa a ranar wato ka da yayi azumi ko kuma ya yi azumi a wannan ranar na mustahabi a matsayin watan sha’aban ko azumin ramako na wajibi da ke kansa.    

 

Idan mutum ya yi azumin mustahabi ko azumin ramako na wajibi da ke kansa a ranar da ake kokwanto shin ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana ko ranar karshe ce ga watan sha’aban, sai daga baya ta bayyana masa cewa ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana, to wannan azumin da ya yi ta karbu a matsayin azumin watan ramalana a shari’an ce.

 

Haka nan mutumin da ya yi azumi a ranar kokwanto da niyyar cewa idan aka dace ranar farko ce ga watan ramalana, to azuminsa na wajibi ne, idan kuma ya tabbata ranar karshe ce ga watan sha’aban, to azuminsa na mustahabi ne, to shi ma azuminsa ta karbu a matsayin azumin watan ramalana a shari’a idan aka dace ranar daya ce ga watan na ramalana.

 

Amma mutumin da ya yi azumi a ranar kokwanto da niyyar ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana, to azuminsa bai inganta ba, wato a shari’a azumin da ya yi ba ramalana ba ne kuma ba na mustahabi ba ne.     

 

Mutum ba zai jinkirta yin niyyar azumin watan ramalana ba har alfijir na gaskiya ya fito, wato wajibi ne ya yi niyyar azumin watan ramalana cikin dare kafin fitowar alfijir na gaskiya bayan an tabbatar da ganin wata. Idan har alfijir ya fito mutum bai yi niyyar azumin watan ramalana ba bisa mantuwa ko rashin sanin an ga wata, sannan ya fadaka kafin ya aikata wani abin da ke bata azumi, to idan fadakarsa ta kasance kafin rana ta gota daga sararin samaniya ce wato kafin lokacin sallar azahar ya shiga, mutum zai daura niyyar azumin wannan ranar kuma azuminsa ya inganta. Idan kuma fadakarsa bayan rana ta riga ta gota ce wato bayan lokacin sallar azahar ya riga ya shiga, to lokacin yin niyyar azumin wannan ranar ya shige, don haka sai mutum ya rike baki har zuwa lokacin sha ruwa sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

Idan mutum ya wayi gari a ranar kokwanto da nufin ba zai yi azumi ba, sai kuma ya bayyana masa cewa wannan ranar, ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana, domin an tabbatar da ganin wata a cikin dare, to idan tun da ya wayi gari bai aikata abin da ke bata azumi ba kuma rana ba ta gota ba wato lokacin sallar azahar bai riga ya shiga ba, to anan wajibi ne a kansa ya daura niyyar yin azumin wannan ranar ya ci gaba da yin azumi kuma azuminsa ya inganta a matsayin ramalana. Idan kuma lokacin da ya bayyana masa cewa wannan ranar, ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana kuma ya riga ya aikata abin dake bata azumi ko a lokacin rana ta riga ta gota wato lokacin sallar azahar ya shiga, to anan lokacin jaddada yin niyyar azumin ramalana ya shige, wajibin da ya hau kansa shi ne ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.    

 

Mutum ya wayi gari a watan ramalana da nufin ba zai yi azumi ba da gangan saboda sabawa Allah, sannan ya tuba kafin ya aikata wani abu dake bata azumi, shin ya tuba ne kafin rana ta gota wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar ko kuma bayan gotawar rana ce ya tuba, a dukkanin fuskokin biyu, babu bambanci, zai ci gaba da rike baki ne har zuwa lokacin shan ruwa, sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar. Wato babu maganar jaddada yin niyya kafin gotawar rana.

 

Idan mutum ya dauki azumin mustahabi a ranar kokwanto, sai kuma ya bata azumin ta hanyar yin riya, sannan kuma ya bayyana masa cewa wannan ranar, ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana, saboda an tabbatar da ganin wata a cikin dare, to wannan azumin bai inganta a matsayin azumin watan ramalana ba, ko da kuwa ya sake jaddada niyyar azumin kafin gotawar rana wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar, hukuncinsa kawai shi ne ya rike baki har lokacin shan ruwa sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

Idan mutum ya daura niyyar yin azumin mustahabi a ranar kokwanto, sai kuma ya aikata abin da ke bata azumi a bisa mantuwa, sannan kuma ya bayyana masa cewa wannan ranar, ranar daya ce ga watan ramalana, saboda an tabbatar da ganin wata a cikin dare, to azuminsa bai baci ba, kuma wannan azumin ya zame a matsayin azumin ranar daya ga watan ramalana.

 

Kamar yadda wajibi ne mutum ya daura niyyar yin azumi a farkon fara azumi, haka nan wajibi ne ya tabbata a kan niyyarsa a tsawon ranar da yake azumin, saboda niyyar barin azumin da mutum yake yi wato niyyar dauke hannu daga ci gaba da gudanar da azumin da yake yi, ta kan bata azumi, kuma ko da mutum ya dawo ya sake daura niyyar ci gaba da yin azumin wannan ranar kafin rana ta gota wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar, anan hukuncin da ya hau kan mutumin da ya fasa ci gaba da yin azuminsa shi ne ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramakon azumin wannan ranar.

 

Amma dangane da hukuncin mutumin da yake taraddadi dangane da ci gaba da azumin da yake yi, wato yana kokwanto shin ya fasa azumin da yake yi ne ko ya ci gaba?  Anan akwai maganganu biyu: Wasu malaman sun bayyana cewa azuminsa ya baci, sai ya rike baki har zuwa faduwar rana sannan bayan watan ramalana yayi ramako.

 

Yayin da wasu malaman suka bayyana cewa: Idan har taraddadinsa ya gushe ta hanyar tsaida aniyarsa ta ci gaba da gudanar da azumin da yake yi kafin rana ta gota wato kafin shigan lokacin sallar azahar, to sai kawai ya jaddada niyyarsa ta azumi, kuma azumin ya inganta.

 

Wadannan hukunce hukuncen sun shafi azumin watan ramalana ne kawai, amma dangane da sauran azumi na wajibi dana mustahabi suna da hukunce -hukuncen da suka kebanta da su a bigerensu.

 

A watan ramalana ba a wani azumi na daban da ba na ramalana ba, misali da mutum zai yi niyyar yin wani azumi na daban ba na ramalana ba a cikin watan na ramalana bisa ganganci, to wannan azumin batacce ne. Amma da ace mutum bai san watan ramalana ya kama ba, ko kuma ya mance da cewa ana cikin watan ramalana ne, sai ya daura niyyar yin wani azumi na daban da ba na ramalana ba, to azuminsa ya inganta a matsayin azumin watan ramalana na wannan ranar, ba azumin da ya daura niyyar yinsa ba.

 

Amma dangane da hukuncin yin azumin mustahabi a watan ramalana ga mutumin da yin azumin ramalana ya fadi a kansa misalin matafiyi, akwai sabanin malamai, amma ihtiyadi shi ne mutum ya nisanci yin azumin.

 

Idan a ranar ashirin da tara ga watan ramalana da dare ba a tabbatar da ganin watan shawwal ba ta dukkanin hanyoyin da ake tabbatar da ganin wata, to wannan daren ya zame daren ranar talatin ga watan ramalana. Saboda haka wajibi ne washe gari a tashi da azumi.

 

Idan kuma mutum ya dauki azumin ranar talatin ga watan ramalana saboda rashin tabbatan ganin wata, sai kuma da rana ya samu tabbacin cewa a jiya da dare an ga watan shawwal, wato ranar da yake azumi, ranar sallah ce, to wajibi ne ya sha ruwa, domin haramun ne yin azumi ranar sallar idi.

 

Idan kuma sai bayan da mutum ya cika kwanaki talatin yana azumi sai daga baya ya bayyana masa cewa cikon azumi na talatin da yayi ranar daya ce ga watan shawwal, wato ranar sallah karama ce da haramun ne a yi azumi a wannan ranar, to babu matsala dangane da azumin da yayi ranar sallah domin yayi azumin ne bisa rashin sanin an ga wata.
